DRL controller – long-range filament Half light v.2.0
The controller is designed to use high beam lamps as DRL, including them with less brightness.
It is possible to adjust the brightness.
Two channels of blocking on "+" (e.g. size) and by «-» (e.g. handbrake or oil pressure sensor).
To change the brightness, after the lights are on, you need to hold down the SET button, by 2 sec lamps will flash twice. Each subsequent press will change the brightness of the lamps.. To save, press and hold the SET button. Confirmation that the brightness is saved, the lamps will blink twice.
When signals are applied to the ILL+ and IN inputs- DRL turns off.
When resetting the ILL+ and IN signal- flare up smoothly
v.1.1 – Changes made to the firmware, due to which the heating of the output transistors is reduced.
v.1.2 – Available with connector.
v.1.2.1 – From 01.03.2023. – available with a different type of connector (green).
v.2.0 – From 11/14/2023. – board changed.
We remind, that according to paragraph 9.8 Traffic rules "all motor vehicles outside built-up areas must have daytime running lights on all year round, and in case of their absence in the design of the vehicle - dipped headlights ". This requirement applies to all vehicles., moving outside the city during daylight hours.

I measured the voltage with a multimeter ,maximum 4 volts, and this is far less than half the intensity of the lamp . Ordinary halogen lamps . As a result, the device took a worthy place on the shelf in the garage .

Regarding 4B, this is not an indicator for your conclusions, not knowing the principle of action.
Regarding cyclic brightness fluctuations, you should see the connection diagram, and the presence of electrical disturbances, which may arise from induced voltage or poor insulation.
Before writing conclusions, at least consult and on which car it was installed…
