Dynamic illumination of the selector position of the automatic transmission Ford

We do not apply for a new idea, but our implementation.
The task was to make a dynamic indication of the position of the gear selector.
In general, at first there was a test scarf, I saw that everything was working and ordered factory double-sided, and compactly placed everything on a scarf.
It turned out like this

To install, remove the tunnel lining, selector panel with handbrake button, decorative torpedo overlays, unscrew the two screws and remove the climate control panel.

We connect to the CAN bus... and pull the wires to the selector.
5 and 6 pins on the blue connector (this is for Escape restyle)

If there is a standard backlight, remove it, and install a new one... I secured it with 3M double-sided tape.
I chose the climate control unit as another place to connect the power supply., to pull the wires together with CAN...

Connecting all the plugs, put it back together and check...
I'll make 5 for now. controller boards, by the way, there are boards with LEDs for restyling and dorestyle,
